We're more than just a gaming platform — we're a community built on trust, transparency, and a genuine passion for safe online entertainment. Get to know 96ace get closer and discover why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players choose us every day.
96ace is an online entertainment platform built specifically for Malaysian users. We understand that Malaysian players have unique tastes, needs, and expectations — and that is exactly what drove us to create something genuinely different from the generic betting platforms found on the market.
From the very beginning, the mission of 96ace is to provide a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe every player deserves a transparent experience — where odds are honest, games are legitimate, and payouts are prompt. Trust is not just a word to us; it is at the core of every decision we make.
The 96ace team is made up of individuals who are passionate about technology, entertainment, and user experience. We're not a faceless company — we're a group of people who understand what Malaysian players want and work every day to ensure this platform keeps growing and meeting those expectations.
"96ace was built on one simple principle — if we would not be proud to recommend this platform to our own family members, it is not ready to be launched to the public. That principle still guides us today."
Six reasons that set 96ace apart from other betting platforms in Malaysia
Every transaction and piece of personal data you share is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption technology — the same security standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Our multi-layered security system ensures your information is never exposed to unauthorised parties, giving you complete peace of mind whenever you play at 96ace.
Funds in instantly — funds out in 5 to 15 minutes. 96ace supports all major Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). No hidden fees and no long waits — fast and seamless transactions are our promise to every member.
Over 1,000 game options in one platform — slots from world-leading providers, Live Casino with real dealers, Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and cricket, Texas Hold'em & Omaha poker, plus e-sports and virtual sports. All under one account, one digital wallet.
The 96ace app for Android and iOS has been rebuilt from the ground up for a seamless mobile experience. Clean interface, fast load times, live match notifications, and full mobile payment support. Over 78% of our members play on their phones — so mobile is our number one priority with every update.
The 96ace VIP Rewards Programme features 7 tiers — from Bronze to Crown — with meaningful benefits at every level. Daily automatic cashback, weekly reload bonuses, monthly free credits, a dedicated personal account manager, and luxury physical gifts for top-tier members. All rewards are credited automatically, with no manual claiming required.
The 96ace support team doesn't just operate 24/7 — they also understand the Malaysian context. From Bahasa Melayu to English, our agents can assist with deposit, withdrawal, technical, and account issues. Platinum VIP members and above get access to a dedicated account manager via WhatsApp and Telegram.
Every decision we make comes back to these core values. They're not just a slogan — they're how we operate every day.
Five core values that guide every decision and action our team takes.
No hidden conditions, no unexpected charges. All terms, odds, and rewards are clearly stated before you make any decision at 96ace.
Certified RNG ensures that every spin, every card shuffle, and every game outcome is completely random. No one — including our most loyal VIP members — has any advantage in the games.
96ace is more than just a platform — it is a community of Malaysian players. Our members' feedback shapes platform improvements, the new games we add, and the promotions we design.
Gaming technology evolves rapidly and we are always at the forefront. From Live Casino with AR technology to real-time in-play betting on badminton — 96ace is constantly working to deliver the best.
We take our responsibility to the community seriously. Responsible gaming tools, support for players who need help, and ethical business practices are an inseparable part of 96ace's DNA.
Your money is safe at 96ace. Round-the-clock monitoring, SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits ensure your account and funds are always fully protected.
Every company has its own story. For 96ace, the story began with a simple observation — Malaysian players who enjoy online entertainment kept running into the same problem: existing platforms didn't truly understand local needs. Whether it was payment methods that didn't support Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, customer support that couldn't communicate in Bahasa Melayu, or content with no relevance to Malaysian culture — such as badminton, Liga Super, and e-sports — the gap between what was available and what was actually needed was impossible to ignore.
It was from that gap that 96ace was born. The platform was built from the ground up with a single goal: to be the most Malaysian online entertainment platform in every sense — not just in terms of interface language, but in how we accept payments, how we curate gaming content, how we design our VIP programme, and how we support our members.
When you open the 96ace and seeing a sports betting list that highlights Malaysia Open badminton, Liga Super Malaysia, and T20 cricket tournaments relevant to Malaysian fans — that's no coincidence. It's the result of a deep understanding of what Malaysian players actually care about. When you can deposit using Boost or ShopeePay in a single tap and the funds land in seconds — that's an intentional design decision, because we know that's how Malaysians transact today.
On the gaming front, 96ace offers a combination that is hard to find anywhere else. Slots from world-class providers with high RTP and a wide variety of themes, Live Casino with real dealers running 24 hours — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and dragon tiger — plus a Sports Betting section covering virtually every major sporting event followed by Malaysian fans. Texas Hold'em and Omaha poker are available for players who prefer skill-based games, while virtual sports and e-sports fill the entertainment gap whenever no live sporting events are taking place.
Security is always the top priority at 96ace. We use a real-time transaction monitoring system to flag any suspicious activity, two-factor authentication is available for all accounts, and all data is stored on servers that comply with international data protection standards. Security audits are conducted regularly by independent third parties to ensure no vulnerabilities go undetected in our system.
One aspect frequently praised by members 96ace is withdrawal speed. In this industry, some operators take days to process withdrawals — and that is often the biggest source of frustration for players. At 96ace, we hold ourselves to strict internal standards for withdrawal processing. Our goal is to process every withdrawal request within 5 to 15 minutes, and for VIP members, even faster. Your winnings are yours, and you should never have to wait long to access them.
VIP Rewards Programme 96ace is among the most comprehensive in Malaysia. With 7 tiers from Bronze to Crown, every player has a clear path to move up and tangible benefits waiting at each level. What sets our VIP programme apart is how straightforward the system is — you advance based on cumulative deposits, with no confusing formulas and no time-based tier resets. Once you reach a tier, you stay there. We believe that is a fairer way to honour player loyalty.
Looking ahead, 96ace committed to continuous growth and improvement. Our development team is actively working on new features set to roll out throughout the year — from a faster, redesigned interface and more live Sports Betting options, to mobile app enhancements and an expanded slots and Live Casino catalogue. Every update is communicated to our member community through official 96ace channels.
Ultimately, success 96ace is measured not by business statistics alone, but by the genuine satisfaction of our members. When a player from Kelantan can watch a Lee Zii Jia badminton match live while placing bets effortlessly via Touch 'n Go on their phone, and their winnings arrive in their account within minutes — that is what true success means to us at 96ace.
96ace provides responsible gaming tools including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Players can access all these tools directly from their account.
