At 96ace, every bet you place counts. Our VIP Rewards Program is designed to recognise your loyalty with daily cashback, exclusive bonuses, luxury gifts, and personalised service you won't find anywhere else.
The higher your level, the greater the rewards that await. Level up automatically based on your cumulative deposits.
A simple, transparent system – you always know exactly where you stand and what it takes to reach the next level
Open a free account at 96ace and make your first deposit. Every ringgit you deposit counts toward your cumulative deposit total for VIP tier progression.
Every bet you place on slots, Live Casino, sports, poker, or any other game at 96ace earns you VIP points. The more you play, the more points you accumulate.
Once your accumulated deposits reach the next tier threshold, your account upgrades automatically – no need to contact anyone or fill in any forms.
Cashback, reload bonuses, free credits, and gifts are automatically credited to your account. All rewards can be used directly for gameplay or withdrawn once the requirements are met.
More than just cashback – our VIP programme delivers real value to every gaming session
Unlike most other platforms that only credit cashback weekly, 96ace calculates and credits your cashback every single day. No manual claiming required – the funds are deposited automatically into your account every morning.
Every Monday, Gold VIP members and above receive a special reload bonus based on the previous week's deposits. Deposit RM1,000 with a 20% bonus and that's an extra RM200 credited straight to your account to play with.
Gold members and above receive a monthly free credit allowance usable on any game at 96ace. Crown members receive up to RM5,000 per month — with no strict wagering requirements attached.
Platinum members and above get a dedicated account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. They're on hand for anything you need — from technical issues to claiming exclusive bonuses.
96ace recognises your special day. All VIP members receive a birthday bonus credited automatically — from RM30 for Bronze up to RM3,000 for Crown. No claim needed; it goes straight into your account on your birthday.
Gold members and above receive exclusive invitations to poker, slots, and Sports Betting tournaments not open to regular members. VIP-only tournaments feature larger prize pools and more evenly matched competition.
VIP players enjoy significantly higher withdrawal limits compared to regular members. Elite and Crown members can withdraw with no daily cap, giving you the flexibility to manage large winnings however you like.
Diamond members and above are entitled to monthly physical gifts from 96ace – ranging from the latest electronics and branded merchandise to luxury travel packages. Crown members can personally select their preferred gift from the exclusive catalogue.
Withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed with the highest priority. Crown members enjoy instant withdrawals within 1–2 minutes, while standard Bronze members can expect processing times of 5–15 minutes.
If you have played on a few online betting platforms before, you have probably noticed that many of them offer VIP programmes that sound great on paper – but when you actually try to claim your rewards, you run into steep wagering requirements, tight time windows, or a tedious claims process. At 96ace, the VIP Rewards program is built differently – everything runs automatically, transparently, and without any tedious claims process.
One of the most notable differences is the daily cashback system. Many other platforms calculate cashback on a weekly or even monthly basis — meaning you have to wait a long time before enjoying any return on your loyalty. At 96ace, cashback is calculated daily and credited to your account every morning with no claiming required. If you're a Gold member with 0.8% cashback and you wagered RM5,000 yesterday, RM40 is already in your account this morning. Simple, transparent, and reliable.
The second thing that sets the 96ace VIP programme apart is the clarity of its tier requirements. There is no complicated formula or confusing points system – simply reach a specific accumulated deposit total and your tier upgrades automatically. You can check your current standing at any time under the "VIP Profile" section in your account. This transparency gives you a clear goal – you always know exactly how much more is needed to reach the next tier and what rewards are waiting for you there.
For players who actively play slots, live casino baccarat, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League or EPL, poker, badminton, or any other game at 96ace — all of these activities count toward your VIP progress. Unlike some platforms that only track specific game types, 96ace counts every ringgit you wager across all game categories. This means players who enjoy switching between slots in the morning and Sports Betting at night still receive full credit for all their activity.
Beyond daily cashback, the 96ace VIP programme also features a points system you can redeem for a range of rewards. Every RM10 wagered earns VIP points, with higher-tier members accumulating points at a faster rate. These points can be redeemed for game credits, exclusive tournament entry tickets, or – for Crown members – exchanged for physical gifts from the 96ace luxury catalogue.
What's great is that VIP points never expire as long as your account remains active. That means you can accumulate points over several months and redeem them for bigger rewards whenever you're ready — no pressure to cash them in by a set date. For players who prefer to save up for higher-value prizes, this approach can deliver far greater value than making small redemptions every month.
For Malaysian players using local payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost, or FPX, every deposit you make – whether it is RM50 or RM5,000 – counts in full towards your VIP progress. There is no special minimum deposit required for the VIP programme – anyone playing at 96ace is automatically part of it from day one.
"A good VIP programme isn't just about handing out big bonuses to the highest spenders. It's about genuinely valuing every player – from the Bronze member just starting out to the Crown member who has been loyal for years."
For fans of the Malaysia Super League and EPL, the 96ace VIP program offers particularly relevant added value. Platinum members and above gain access to slightly enhanced odds on selected matches – even a small difference in odds can have a meaningful impact on returns when you bet consistently. Crown members receive specially negotiated odds arranged personally with their account manager for major events such as Super League finals, high-stakes EPL matches, or BWF badminton championships.
Active badminton bettors at 96ace also benefit from the VIP program. Malaysian badminton tournaments — from the Thomas & Uber Cup to the Malaysia Open — are among the most wagered events by local players. As a VIP member, you get access to more detailed match statistics and analysis through an exclusive section of the platform, helping you make more informed betting decisions.
Ultimately, the 96ace VIP Rewards program is about recognising the time and money you invest on this platform. Every tier delivers real, measurable value – not just symbolic recognition. Whether you're a casual player who plays a few times a week or a serious player who's active every day, there's a VIP tier that fits your style and rewards that are genuinely worth the effort.
Example: A player with RM7,800 in accumulated deposits – on the way to Gold. Just RM2,200 more to go.
More frequent and consistent deposits help you advance through tiers faster and ensure you always qualify for the weekly reload bonus.
All wagers at 96ace — slots, Live Casino, sports, poker — count toward your VIP points. Mix up your gameplay to accumulate points faster.
Check the Promotions section in your account regularly. Special VIP bonus offers are frequently launched during festive seasons and on selected dates.
If you're a Platinum member or above, don't hesitate to reach out to your dedicated account manager. They can arrange personalised bonuses and special offers that aren't available to the general public.
All your VIP account information and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your data is secure and will never be shared with any third party without your consent.
